Gym Staff

We’re looking for frontline staff! You’ll handle customer intake, retail sales, gym orientations, customer belaying, and safety. You’ll be an essential part of the Wallnuts Team and get to help make sure every visit to our gym is a great one!

Performance Coach

We’re looking for an experienced coach to join our team full-time! The ideal candidate has experience mentoring and is excited to share their expertise with junior employees. You will start as part of our Performance Coaching team with the possibility for advancement to positions of greater responsibility and leadership.

Routesetter

Join the Wallnuts Team as a member of the Setting Staff. The ideal candidate has experience climbing a variety of routes and boulders. Previous setting experience is an asset but not a requirement. On the job training and all necessary tools will be provided. You’ll be helping keep our customers challenged and engaged with high quality boulders and routes.

Climbing Club Coach

Join the Wallnuts Team as a member of the Coaching Staff. The ideal candidate is motivated to help youth climbers grow and learn. You’ll be working with climbers aged 12 – 18, facilitating warm-ups, games, and climbing. A good understanding of gym safety rules and etiquette is important. You’ll work with your fellow coaches to ensure every participant has the opportunity to learn, grow, and enjoy their time in the gym.
