Starting tonight we`re open until 10 PM on Saturdays!

Saturdays are a big day for group bookings at Wallnuts, but we thought we would free up some extra climbing time for everyone else. At the end of June, we`re also pushing our group booking times earlier so that most Saturdays the gym will a little less busy from 5-10 PM. 🧗‍♂️

Injury prevention is essential for climbers to reduce the risk of overuse injuries - especially in the fingers, wrists, elbows, and shoulders. With the right approach, including effective warm-ups, thoughtful training load management, and proper technique, you can avoid common issues like pulley tears, tendinitis, and shoulder impingement while extending your climbing longevity.

Join physiotherapist Skye Fisher to learn practical, evidence-based strategies for staying injury-free! 💪
