This release agreement must be completed in full in blue or black ink, dated, signed and witnessed prior to climbing with us.  Participants under the age of 19 must have a parent or legal guardian (appointed by the courts) sign on their behalf. The releasees reserve the right to refuse to accept any release agreement that does not comply with these requirements.
