Wednesday - 3pm to 10pm (Members only - 7am to 3pm)
Thursday - 3pm to 11pm
Friday - 3pm to 10pm
Saturday - 12pm to 10pm
Sunday - 12pm to 8pm (Members only - 8pm to 11pm)
We can extend our hours or open early for special events such as birthday parties, groups, schools and corporate training activities.

Sunday Night Sessions is a 16 week coached training session for adults. It runs every Sunday from December to April at 8pm. You can drop in for $12+tax or purchase a 10 clip pass for $100+tax.
Each 3 hour session will include technique drills, climbing, personal feedback, injury prevention and strength training. Our mission is to keep you motivated, give you results, keep your body injury free and prepare you for next season on the rock!

Hi guys,
Myself and Phil Stennett will be in tonight from 8 to 11 to do another anerobic session. I'll also be working on the training wall today and If all goes well, it will be done before Sunday.
