What's New
Climber's Yoga
We are happy to have Margot French running her Climber's Yoga classes here again! With climbing-specific exercises, stretches and mental preparation you WILL see an improvement in your climbing.
Yoga mats and straps are provided, and the cost is just $34* for 5 classes.

10 week coached program for kids aged 4 to 18 starts January 13th
Our Junior Climbing Program is one of the best in the country, training nationally competitive athletes in addition to providing a safe and fun environment for the students.
The first session is open to everyone, with no commitment and no fee if you don't sign up.
As a benefit for signing up, all athletes receive 50% off day passes for the duration of the semester, and all parents receive FREE belay certification.

Just For Women
The "Just for Women" climbing course is run by women, for women. Our knowledgeable and experienced instructors will introduce participants to the world of climbing; covering basic safety skills and movement techniques. Geared specifically toward female climbers, classes will focus on balance, precision, and fluid movement.
